acupuncturist LETTER TO THE NATIONAL FEDERATION OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE
Hello,
I am sending you an article from Review of "The Therapist" published in June 2009 that describes information that worries me enormously as an accupuncteur nonphysician. Between this and the GAT Committee Miviludes, I really feel that our profession is the subject of a witch hunt and is very threatened.
What should we do? I think individually we have no way this is why we are grouped in an organization like FNMTC. I wonder what is the action plan FNMTC the face of these multiple attacks? Do you plan to be present at these discussions to defend our interests Practitioners? Have you contacted our government bodies to assert our status? What is their position? What does the UFPMTC with whom we are partners?
Thank you in advance for your response and your actions defense. Sincerely
BM - Traditional Accupuncteur Paris
RESPONSE FNMTC
Hello,
The Board took into account this information and discussed recently. It should not be overly concerned because they are reactions that are primarily directed against the sects, and some use of TCM or acupuncture for illegal practices, like many other forms of therapy ( NLP, psycho-biology, kinesiology, psychotherapy, etc ...) which were all therapies to completely honest in their vast majority.
However, we plan an action that will be decided in September on behalf of the FNMTC and discussions within the CFMTC, always in September.
remain at your disposal,
Sincerely. Muriel
